Monthly Auto-Renewal:
Membership fees are billed monthly to your credit card. The charge will occur on the same date each month, based on your initial sign-up date. Changes to billing information can be made by emailing us at bookings@elleandjane.com

Four-Month Initial Commitment:
To fully experience the transformative effects of regular facial treatments, our membership requires a commitment of four months. This period allows you to truly see the benefits of monthly facials and consistent care tailored to your skin’s needs. After the initial four months, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. You can choose to end your membership at any time after the initial commitment period by emailing us at bookings@elleandjane.com ensuring flexibility and convenience to meet your changing lifestyle needs.

Freezing Policy:
During the initial four-month commitment period, freezing your account is not permitted to ensure that you experience the full benefits of consistent facial care. After completing the initial commitment, you may freeze your account for up to two months per calendar year. To initiate a freeze, simply email us with your request. This flexibility allows you to pause your membership while retaining the ability to resume your treatments and benefits without interruption later in the year.

Facial Gift Policy:
Members are entitled to gift one facial per calendar year to a non-member. The gifted facial must be claimed within the year and cannot be rolled over or exchanged for cash or other services. Please notify us by email at least one week in advance to arrange the gifted facial for your chosen recipient.
